Position Summary:  
 
As our Pre-Install Funding Coordinator, you’ll focus on the front-end (pre-install) submission and securing financing for all projects. You’ll be responsible for the efficient handling of work orders, submission of stipulations and improving the productivity of other departments by coordinating all front-end interaction with Freedom Forever’s finance partners.  
   
Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work with all Freedom Forever’s finance partners to  process documents and verify customer and system specifications  
  • Confirm data accuracy in documents, finance portals and invoices  
  • Remain up to date with Project stages and statuses  
  • Follow up on aging projects and maintain secure financing through extensions, project progress, and interaction with finance partners  
  • Provide project status updates to Operations, sales and customer records 
  • Answer all incoming phone calls from customers in a timely manner  
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries  
  • Dispatch Service calls per customer requests  
  • Communicate project information between finance partners, sales, and operations  
  • Communicate important feedback from customers to management  
  • Ensure processing targets are met and report any deviations  
  • Provide support to Sales Support and Dealer Partners to help reach the team’s objectives  
  • Respond to high volumes of emails  
  • Other duties as assigned    
Desired Qualifications: 
  • 1+ Year operating within a CRM or Project Management Software preferred   
  • 1+ Year of Accounting or Contract/Document review experience preferred  
  • Proven work experience as an administrator or Sales support agent  
  • Organizational skills, time prioritization, attention to detail, ability to manage several projects at the same time  
  • Experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)  
  • A dedicated team player with  ability to meet deadlines  
  • Strong customer service and communication skills  
  • High School Graduate or GED   
Physical Demands and Abilities:  
  • Regularly use office equipment and computers for extended periods of time 
  • Frequently work on projects requiring deadlines 
  • Comfortable reviewing and entering information into a computer 
  • Able to move from sitting to standing positions, bend, twist, & use hands and fingers 
  • See details of objects that are less than a few feet away 
  • Can speak clearly so listeners can understand, and listen to understand another person 
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
