POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Incentive Specialist is responsible for processing incentive applications and securing utility, local and state incentives for solar projects. The Incentive Specialist will complete all daily activities & duties related to moving projects forward and collecting incentives for solar projects. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 
  
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
  • Prepares, reviews, and submits a high amount of incentive applications 
  • Experience with solar incentives preferred
  • Works daily on backlog and throughput to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded 
  • Must be extremely detailed oriented and organized ensuring that the incentives are secured in a timely manner  
  • Constantly communicates areas of improvement to management 
  • Able to research and submit applications in complex programs; would be able to adapt to newer regions with ambiguous requirements 
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a demanding environment while maintaining a 
  • high level of accurate record keeping 
  • Conducts customer outreach for various requirements 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
