POSITION SUMMARY: 
Freedom Forever is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Internal Communications Coordinator to join our team in Temecula, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all internal communications in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication among all departments and employees.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   
  • Coordinate and oversee all internal communications in both English and Spanish, including emails, text messages, intranet pages, and printed materials.
  • Translate documents, policies, and procedures from English to Spanish, and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Edit translated versions to maintain clarity and appropriateness for the target audience.
  • Utilize translation memory software to find exact words and maintain terminology consistency in translations.
  • Manage time effectively to complete translations within specified deadlines.
  • Stay sensitive to the culture of both languages during the translation process.
  • Collaborate closely with operations departments to ensure consistent messaging across all materials.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and presentations in both English and Spanish.
  • Serve as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking employees and management, addressing any communication concerns or issues.
  • Stay up to date with solar & construction industry terminology and language trends to ensure accurate translations.
 
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and intranet software.
 
Education & Certifications:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Translation, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in legal translations required.
  • American Translators Association Certification
 
Experience:  
  • Proven experience in translation and interpretation, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand different cultures in translation and navigate cultural nuances effectively.
