POSITION SUMMARY: 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Program Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of various retail programs that drive sales and offer excellent customer experience. 
 
Lead Generation Management: Manage the overall performance of multiple 3rd party Lead Generation Companies ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations. 
Retailer/Partner Management: Develop and cultivate relationships with retailers and strategic partners ensuring strong partnerships and long-term success.  
Data Analysis, Reporting and Budgeting: Track program performance through data analysis, generate reports to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
Compliance: Ensure overall compliance with company policies, industry regulations and retailer/partner guidelines. 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
Lead Generation Management: 
  • Develop, project manage and launch new retail lead generation programs. 
  • Oversee and manage relationships with multiple 3rd party lead generation companies to ensure strong relationships and overall programs are running smoothly. 
  • Create, track, monitor and analyze KPI’s for each 3rd party lead generation company including setting clear expectations, weekly progress reviews and solving for any issues. 
  • Support and resolve any 3rd party lead generation company’s questions, issues or concerns surrounding the program. 
  • Motivate and coach 3rd party lead generation companies to achieve established targets. 
  • Key liaison with call center for lead routing, appointment rescheduling and lead dispositions. 
 
Retail Account Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and other strategic partners. 
  • Work directly with retail partners to understand specific needs and target audience.  
  • Develop and implement lead generation and sales strategies for each retailer account. 
  • Manage, track and solve all retailer escalations. 
  • Manage store counts and reserve stores changes where applicable. On-going store list optimization is key.  
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. 
 
Data Analysis, Reporting and Budgeting: 
  • Establish, track and obtain realistic and achievable sales targets for each retail program. 
  • Establish, track and manage reporting on store level goals v. actuals, sales performance, lead generation, and marketing campaign effectiveness to track progress towards targets and identify and implement strategies to improve. 
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the portals to ensure the smooth operation of retailer/partner portals and dashboards. 
  • Analyze portal, dashboards and program waterfall data to identify trends, recommend opportunities for improvement, and monitor effectiveness of solutions 
  • Work closely with internal departments to manage and reconcile individual program P&L’s, cost forecasts vs. actuals, net sales, installs and other metrics to keep program within budget and on track to hit targets. 
  • Create and present reports / decks to internal stakeholders providing insights, guidance and recommendations for a successful program. 
  • Create and maintain SOP’s and train key stakeholders on how to effectively use. 
  • Manage and oversee territory management to ensure Sales Reps are available in each territory for all retail leads. 
  
Compliance: 
  • Ensure all marketing, sales and post-sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and retailer/partner guidelines. 
  • Manage, track and audit background and badging process for compliance. 
  • Develop, implement and track internal processes to ensure ongoing compliance. 
  • Create and maintain SOP’s and train key stakeholders on how to effectively use. 
  • Stay informed and up to date on any changes in regulations, retailer requirements, industry trends, competitor activities and new retail technologies. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
Education & Certifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field (preferred) 
  •  
Experience: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a program manager role. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or lead generation in retail stores. (preferred) 
  • Experience in Solar a plus.

Special Skills & Training: 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive) 
  • Familiar with using a CRM
