Fitness Equipment Maintenance Associate
Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Fitness Equipment Maintenance Associate to help support the upkeep of gym equipment across the New England region. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning equipment maintenance through hands-on experience and in-house training.
The Maintenance Associate will assist with routine maintenance, complete assigned work orders, and support basic repairs and part replacements, with access to technical support as needed.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and inspections on fitness equipment
- Complete assigned work orders, including basic repairs and approved part replacements
- Identify equipment issues and report findings to the support team
- Document completed work orders and service details
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence at customer locations
- Follow safety guidelines, maintenance procedures, and training standards
- Travel to service locations within the New England area, including overnight stays as needed
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort using basic hand tools (training provided)
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Prior maintenance or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
