JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Remodeling Expert to join our growing team. As a Construction Site Lead, you will be responsible for managing and working alongside a crew to complete various commercial remodeling projects. This role requires hands-on involvement and frequent travel, including weekends. Bilingual or multilingual speakers preferred, but not required. OSHA 10-30 certification preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and lead an onsite crew, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Manage employees’ timely and accurate reporting of hours worked and breaks

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Serve as a hands-on lead, actively participating in daily tasks while managing the onsite crew
• Complete a range of tasks including rough and fine trim carpentry, drywall/skim coating/painting, appliance installation, HVAC/venting, insulation, plumbing & electrical work oversight, siding/roofing/masonry, flooring, tile/carpet and grid ceiling installation
• Interact with customers and all other onsite personnel in a professional and courteous manner
• Prepare and submit daily field reports
• Inform your supervisor with regularity regarding progress and reporting any job-related issues

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial remodeling
• Solid understanding of construction and project planning
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications including, but not limited to, blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, and Microsoft 365 for email communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time
• Must supply and maintain own hand tools, including, but not limited to, hammer, tape measure, toolbelt, level, etc.
• Utilize all tools in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and motor vehicle record check (MVR)
• Valid driver's license to drive/operate vehicles, when needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Physical stamina to work in commercial job sites and perform manual tasks
• Ability to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds unassisted
• Ability to tolerate heights and work while standing on a ladder or lift

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Work on commercial job sites, including, but not limited to, restaurants, pharmacies, and local medical offices
• Schedules of 8–10-hour shifts, with the possibility of overnight stays and travel, including hotel accommodations
• Monday to Friday schedule, with potential Sunday start and Friday return, striving for weekends at home, when possible
• Must be willing to share a hotel room with a crew member while utilizing hotel accommodation
