Compensation: $87,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your experience, with opportunities for bonuses.

Schedule: Full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday.

Job Description:

The Multifamily Acquisition Analyst will become an integral part of a team and have the opportunity to assume significant responsibility that may include:

  • Underwriting acquisitions
  • Analyzing and reporting on market trends
  • Creating fund marketing and reporting materials
  • Participating in property tours and site visits
  • Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting
  • A demonstrated interest in real estate and investing through internships or work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and execute a variety of responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multifamily real estate acquisitions and/or valuation
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage projects effectively and accurately
  • Must maintain a quality work product and meeting required timelines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team
  • Proficiency in various forms of software: Yardi, Entrata, Costar, Argus and Excel

Attendance/Travel:

  • This position is a full-time position and may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.
  • Some travel may be required to visit assets for meetings and market tours.

Physical Demands:

  • The employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands as well as talk and hear. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
