Description
The Role:
Account Manager leads the day to day business with the client and internally.
Responsibilities:
Client
· Charismatic and can build a strong relationship with the different clients’ stakeholders.
· Builds client confidence by demonstrating an ability to creatively manage and deliver a quality product, on time, on strategy and on budget and aims to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
· Proactive and can challenge clients’ briefs and help planning come up with relevant insights
· Adept at identifying potential problems and developing recommended solutions to review with their Senior Account Manager/Account Director.
· Consistently fulfills clients needs; provides value-added input and creative solutions
Business
· The passion to learn the client’s business and competition
· Switched on and able to understand the client’s business issues and able to help propose way to help solve their problems (problems that communication can help solve)
Professional
· Comfortable running photoshoots and TVCs
· Has great attention to details and can comfortably run campaigns from A-Z with tight deadlines.
· Has great communication skills
Leadership
· Confident and can build a strong relationship with the client and lead projects smoothly internally.
· Can manage the different client stakeholders and able to manage the creative team.
Skills and Experience:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputed agency
· To be the day to day contact with key client personnel, delivering an efficient and effective service.
· Develop and maintain a close and productive relationship with key client contacts, acting with integrity at all times
· Displays a superior understanding of the needs of each department that will be involved in the execution of client projects. Provides key, relevant information to these departments in a timely manner including Performance Tracking and Reporting
· Understand and articulate the basics of advertising and marketing
