Traffic Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our team. The Traffic Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of work throughout the agency. This individual will be responsible for managing the workflow of creative projects, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Serve as the central point of contact for all incoming projects, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to establish project priorities and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, proactively resolving them to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation:
- Assign tasks to appropriate team members based on skillsets, availability, and project requirements.
- Manage the allocation of resources such as designers, copywriters, and production teams to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Regularly assess resource capacity and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate shifting priorities.
- Traffic Coordination:
- Oversee the routing and approval process for all creative assets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with client specifications.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking project status, revisions, and approvals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and discrepancies in project direction or feedback.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of creative work to ensure alignment with project briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the agency's standards of excellence in all deliverables.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on project status, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of optimization.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance processes and streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Around 2 to 4 years of experience in a multinational/agency set-up
- Coordinate job timings with all departments and control the timing of jobs to ensure work is completed according to deadlines
- Ensure that time schedule do not over-run by keeping a tight control on time spent
- Ensure the correct allocation of staff to a job within the cells, whilst seeking / arranging additional resource when required.
- Recommend solutions to problems or delays through better coordination between departments.
- Update job status reports on a daily basis for department heads and directors.
