What You Will Do
The Solution Architect serves as a trusted technical advisor, partnering closely with customers to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions using the Forescout platform. Working collaboratively with Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams, the Solution Architect leads technical discovery, solution design, and deployment strategy while ensuring successful project delivery. The role extends beyond technical implementation—it focuses on building trusted customer relationships, providing technical leadership, and delivering innovative solutions that help organizations address their most critical cybersecurity challenges.
- Analyse customer requirements to design a Forescout comprehensive and scalable technical solution.
- Develop solution architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Ensure solution architecture aligns with best practices, industry standards, and client objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through the technical aspects of their projects.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops and presentations to capture requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a point of escalation for technical issues.
- Provide technical oversight during project delivery, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop deployment strategies and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and constraints.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and best practices.
- Share knowledge and expertise with internal teams to foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop solution proposals.
What You Will Bring To Forescout
We value competency, aptitude, effort, and a great attitude as a supplement to experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role in professional services.
- Consultative experience designing and advocating for best-practice solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with relevant technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, networking, security solutions, databases).
- Experience with system integration, and API design.
- Familiarity with automation, orchestration, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Possess a current Forescout FSCE certification
- Relevant industry certifications a plus.
- CISSP and/or similar certification a plus.
- A self-motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude
