Sr. Revenue Marketing Manager, West 

General Description:

Forescout is seeking an accomplished Sr. Revenue Marketing Manager, West to develop and execute in-region programs to create and accelerate revenue-bearing opportunities across the West Region. In this role, the Sr. Revenue Marketing Manager, West aligns with the Far West, South Central and North Central sales, and channel teams to support business goals by implementing integrated marketing programs that engage prospects, delivers new opportunities, and accelerates existing pipeline. This position interfaces with sales leadership while reporting to the Director of AMS Revenue Marketing.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and execute a regional marketing plan that is consistent with corporate, sales and marketing priorities and initiatives in support of the regions’ strategy and pipeline goals.
  • Own the relationship with your aligned sales leadership and act as their mini-CMO. Partner to support business priorities and growth goals.
  • Represent "the whole of marketing" - drive an integrated mix of programs to create and progress pipeline
  • "Own the number'' - deeply understand pipeline/bookings targets and attainment, marketing influence bookings, and represent the impact of marketing.
  • Manage budget across multiple programs.
  • Align with the channel sales teams to develop pipeline generation programs with key focus partners in region.
  • Advocate for what sales needs and keep sales informed on marketing priorities

 Must Haves:

Seasoned field and channel marketing expert with proven track record in building opportunity pipeline driven from marketing activities (physical and digital) for high growth technology companies. Enterprise-networking or security related expertise a plus!

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with sales leadership; Proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies to build an appropriate 'mix' to support business priorities & growth
  • Data-driven and results-oriented
  • Track ROI metrics to assess programs, initiatives, activities that create awareness, generate, and accelerate sales opportunities.


  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years marketing experience in network or security technology.
  • 5 years channel management and/or field marketing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge on SFDC or similar Sales Automation tools.
  • Amount of Travel 30-50% depending on location of hire (COVID-19 dependent).
