The ASPIRE Internship Program is designed to give students meaningful career exploration and hands‑on experience aligned to their field of study. Interns build core professional skills—time management, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and networking—while contributing to real work that matters to the business. ASPIRE is a structured, mentorship‑rich program with HR‑led learning workshops that is concluded by interns presenting their final projects to a Forescout leadership panel.

 

Program Details and Requirements

  • 10-week paid summer intern program located in Plano, TX from June 1st to August 6th.
  • Interns will earn income during the 10-week program at an hourly rate of $20 USD for a maximum of 30 hours per week.
  • Education Requirement: At minimum, you must have completed your third year of college, university, or an equivalent trade or technical school
  • Academic Requirement: Eligible interns must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; an official transcript is required for your application.
  • Location Requirement: This internship is in-office / hybrid. You must be currently located within a commutable distance or have the ability to temporarily relocate to Plano, TX at your own expense.
  • Participation Requirement: You must be available for the full duration of the 10-week program.

What You Will Accomplish During This Internship

  • Support the execution of field marketing programs focused on awareness and pipeline generation.
  • Help track and organize marketing program budgets and spend with guidance from the team.
  • Analyze campaign results and help summarize performance using marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to support communication and follow-up for marketing programs.
  • Support planning and execution of sponsored trade shows, partner events, and virtual programs.
  • Contribute creative ideas and research to help improve marketing programs and pipeline acceleration.

 

Must-Have Skill Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree related to Marketing, Business and/or Communications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, Event and Field marketing, or sales-aligned marketing roles.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and eager to learn how marketing performance is measured.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Marketo is preferred
