THE ROLE:

As a crucial member of the FloSports’ Digital Marketing team, the CRM Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving new customer growth and engagement through messaging campaigns across all 25 of our sports verticals. This role will own the operational aspects of building and executing email campaigns and push notifications for our events and original content. 

The position requires expertise in CRM platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo and a proven track record of working cross-departmentally to deliver against KPIs. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to help us build a culture of testing and optimization within our marketing team. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Own the execution and day-to-day optimization of  messaging campaigns for all FloSports verticals throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to formulate tactical plans to improve open rate, CTR, traffic, and conversions
  • Create, edit, test, and launch email templates using HTML/CSS
  • Create, edit, test, and launch rich push notifications 
  • Test campaigns across multiple web and mobile browsers and proactively identify any issues
  • Gather insights on creative performance and create a feedback loop with creative partners to improve future campaigns
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns with Digital Marketing team and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns as needed

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • 3+ years of experience in email deployment tools such as Marketo, Hubspot or Iterable (we use iterable) 
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
    • Proven ability to work with analytical tools and translate data into actionable insights
    • Thorough understanding of CRM marketing best practices
    • Strong track record of driving growth through testing, measurement, and iteration
    • Team player who can collaborate cross-functionally with both creative and technical teams
    • Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
