FloSports is currently looking for a Global Partnerships Director to lead a team of partnership managers who enable and manage strategic media rights and licensing partnerships critical to our business. This exciting role presents an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging account management and partnerships environment, focused on driving the long-term success of multiple FloSports’ sport verticals. The key responsibilities include partnering with your team to develop, optimize and execute partner strategies internally and externally, crafting business cases to help accelerate growth within multiple sport verticals, resolving escalated issues, and overseeing the operational life cycle for all key partners. This person must be a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator with exceptional cross-functional skills, have the ability to work effectively with all levels within an organization and have experience building and cultivating a high performing account management/partnership team.


  • Manage a team of Global Partnerships Managers, overseeing the strategy of multiple FloSports verticals
  • Proactively ensure both partners and FloSports are executing all partnership obligations, as well as work to identify additional ways to optimize the relationship
  • Proactively mitigate and manage escalations; communicate effectively and appropriately with stakeholders
  • Advocate for the voice of customers, aggregate audience and partner insight and data to inform strategy and drive the growth of multiple sport verticals
  • Develop, cultivate, and manage business development initiatives within our partnerships to optimize business value realized by both FloSports and the Partner, ensure inclusion of FloSports’ offerings on the partner side and use data and feedback to drive year over year growth within our Partner relationships
  • Understand Partners’ goals and KPIs and help inform and set team’s priorities and urgency
  • Work across the organization on partner engagement programs and oversee the development of collateral to drive increased business value
  • Build and improve departmental processes and documentation
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas and willing to travel up to 10%


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in account management/partnership management
  • 3+ years managing a team 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience analyzing and executing against legal documents
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and partners
  • Experience gaining insights from data and using it to make future decisions
  • Experience with commonly used software within the department (Salesforce, data analytics tools)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Experience within sports or media broadcast rights industries
