We are growing Our Sports every day by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem, which consists of over a dozen sport verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. FloSports is creating the home for sports like hockey, track & field, racing, grappling, wrestling, cheer and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!

THE ROLE:

FloSports is currently seeking a summer intern to work as part of our Global Partnerships Team to help support relationship management, drive continued growth of our streaming rights partners and assist in the execution of our partnership agreements. This role will work closely with the Global Partnership Managers to collect necessary data, manage partnership metrics, coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide overall client service support primarily in our wrestling and NCAA verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely and regularly with a team of Global Partnership Managers and a Global Partnership Directors
• Assist in event data collection from partners and communicate effectively to ensure data is complete, analyzed and shared to meet deadlines
• Liaise regularly and cross-departmentally between multiple departments internally, including: Content, Marketing, Production and Operations
• Understand and contribute towards exceeding department and partner goals
• Evaluate current processes, propose and implement adjustments that will improve efficiency, and measure success of all changes implemented
• Ensure processes are clearly documented, socialized and adopted
• Must be available early May to mid-August.  

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment
• Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the flexibility to comfortably navigate ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to find solutions both independently and in collaboration with internal teams and partners
• Experience with commonly used software within the department (Salesforce, data analytics tools, Excel, Google Sheets)
• Sports knowledge and experience within sports industries are plusses
