Polisher / Production Worker (Night Shift)

Required immediately, our LOCAL Abbotsford BRANCH is seeking a FULL TIME Stone Countertop POLISHER for NIGHT SHIFT
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1-Year experience in a similar role with polishing on natural stone and engineered quartz an asset or experience auto detailing considered transferrable skills
- Experience using grinders and polishers an asset
- Must be hardworking, motivated, well organized and task oriented
- Basic computer skills, MS office
- Have the ability to read units of measurements
- Demonstrate knowledge of hand woodworking tools and operate power tools such as table saw, chop saw, etc
- Strong communication (both written and verbal)
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and clear criminal record check
The successful candidate will responsible for:
- File grooved, contoured, and irregular surfaces of stone to confirm to templates, other parts and layouts, or blueprint specifications
- Grind, sand, clean or polish objects or parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand tools and power tools.
- Unload/Load and adjust work pieces onto equipment or work tables, using hand tools and mechanical lifters.
- Must be able to follow safety rules.
- Nightshift - Mon-Thurs 4pm - 2:30am, 4 x 10 HR shifts
