Our Post Falls Branch is looking for an experienced Polisher / Fabricator to join our team immediately!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Polisher / Fabricator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality countertops from fabrication through final finishing.

• Polish, grind, sand, and finish natural stone and engineered quartz

• Glue and miter countertop pieces together

• File and shape grooved, contoured, and irregular stone surfaces to templates, layouts, and specifications

• Inspect and correct surface defects to ensure a quality finished product

• Load, unload, position, and adjust materials using hand tools and mechanical lifting equipment

• Operate grinders, polishers, table saws, chop saws, and other power tools

• Work from measurements, templates, layouts, and blueprints

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stone fabrication/polishing role

• Hands-on experience polishing natural stone and engineered quartz

• Experience using grinders and polishers

• Ability to read and understand measurements

• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable, hardworking, motivated, and task-oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with woodworking tools such as table saws and chop saws is a plus.
