Additionally, please note that this role involves periodic travel out of state
What You Will Be Doing
- Set up printing equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Configure Printing equipment according to the customer’s needs.
- Handles all level escalations when needed.
- Review history and determine next steps for excessive service needs, up to and including replacement devices.
- Maintain manufacturer warranty documentation and orders parts accordingly.
- Maintain clear communication with operations regarding deliveries and warehouse needs.
- Responsible for diagnosis of current customer equipment
- Assist with warehouse inventory management.
- Assist in new customer onboarding which includes tagging, inspecting, and cleaning each customer owned printing/copying device.
What Should the Right Person Have
- Strong interest to learn and be trained, mentored, and coached.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team player
- Technical Industry Experience on Color/Black-White MFPs - Xerox, Canon, HP, and other brands preferred but not required - we will train you!
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to fix things.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and push and pull up to 75lbs
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must at least 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record
