Your Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and handle all printer/copier service calls from clients.
- Efficiently order parts based on manufacturer troubleshooting protocols, page count analysis, and maintenance history, ensuring prompt delivery confirmation for customers.
- Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, addressing escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with manufacturers by opening tickets and making calls when required.
- Analyze service histories to determine appropriate actions, including device replacements.
- Promptly escalate any suspicious device issues.
- Meet or surpass KPI benchmarks for individual performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.
Your Qualifications:
- A positive, professional demeanor with a strong Team Spirit.
- Technical expertise in Color/Black-White MFPs, with familiarity with Konica Minolta, Sharp, and other brands preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and desktop technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with high-volume devices and production model machines, with certification from Ricoh/Canon being advantageous.
- You must be 21 years old or older and have a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.
