Join the Flex Technology Companies and take on a leadership role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will manage customer relationships, oversee technicians, and support company initiatives under the guidance of the Regional Director of Service. 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Lead service delivery for all customers, with a focus on our top 50 accounts. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team on customer meetings and contract reviews. 
  • Manage and mentor employees, fostering growth and development. 
  • Lead the recruitment process and manage employee performance. 
  • Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, and other employee-related matters. 
  • Monitor and optimize contract profitability, parts usage, and inventory. 
  • Build cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. 
  • Ensure team coverage and training aligns with sales and territory needs. 
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to the service team. 
  • Assist with technical escalations and ensure effective resolution. 
  • Support logistics and large installations to ensure customer satisfaction. 
Required Qualifications:  
  • High School diploma or equivalent. 
  • Prior Leadership experience in the printer/copier industry  
  • Certification and training on a full line of devices. 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
  • Reliable transportation (unless a company vehicle is provided). 
  • Strong understanding of network connectivity for print and scan features. 
  • Previous managerial experience. 
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and e-Automate. 
  • Broad understanding of hardware/connectivity technology and terminology.
