Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Analyst to join our Sales organization and support the Sales Leadership team. In this role, you’ll help optimize sales processes, improve customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities across our enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Team initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, retention, account growth, and profitability.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Service, Operations, and Admin teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects, including analytics, opportunity spotting, and research.
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise accounts, including device trending, dispatch call trending, and top store performance reports.
  • Develop and update dashboards using PowerBI and other tools to track KPIs and account performance.
  • Partner with Sales & Operations leadership to streamline processes, improve internal communication, and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and workflow optimization.
  • Support sales strategies, including deal preparation and project execution.
  • Utilize systems such as EzMPS, Dynamics, and ZoomInfo to analyze and improve account performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong background in customer service with excellent customer relations skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in statistics and analytics.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to meet clients, attend events, and support team initiatives.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
  • Must have a valid drivers license 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
