Cannon IV, a Flex Technology Group company, is hiring a Production Print Technician in Indianapolis. In this hybrid work opportunity, you will work some of the best in our business to provide extraordinary service to our external clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage high volume devices and production model machines
  • Efficiently order parts based off manufacture troubleshooting steps, page count, and history and following up on tracking for customer delivery confirmation
  • Manages assigned accounts with service delivery
  • Handles all level escalations when needed
  • Escalates calls and opens tickets with manufacturers when needed
  • Reviews histories and determines next steps for excessive service needs, up to and including replacement devices
  • Escalates suspect devices appropriately
  • Meet or exceed KPI benchmarks for individual performance
  • Provides quality customer service to clients and end users


What You Will Bring  

  • Experience with high volume devices and production model machines (Cannon certification is a PLUS)
  • Positive, professional attitude and a team player
  • Technical Industry Experience on Color/Black-White MFPs - Xerox, Canon, HP, and other brands 
  • Strong Verbal and Written Technical Communication Skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to fix things.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
