Position Summary
This position partners with the sales organization and is responsible for assisting in business development activities, including prospecting, sales lead follow-up and the management of customer needs and services and with internal resources on pricing requests, contracts, SLA’s and escalations.
This role's hourly rate is $19-$23 
This role will require frequent travel within Texas that may include overnight stay and also up to 20% nation travel. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities May Include:
 
  • Assists Sales Representative in pre-sale process by conducting initial research/discovery/assessment and research related to pitch deck and proposal.
  • Prepares quarterly business reviews for the Sales Team when requested
  • Performs account audits, debriefs and inventory updates
  • Collect data related to Audit/ assessments, contracts and deal paperwork prior to submission to shared services
  • Taking action to resolve and respond to all issues in a timely manner via phone and email.
  • Collect and maintain information for customer/contact records
  • Day to Day processing of incoming orders and open order monitoring
  • Works in conjunction with Shared Services and local logistics/ delivery team to ensure proper and timely delivery.
  • Supports all accounts for New Business Sales Reps and Account Mgrs.
  • Day to Day operational duties for current and prospect accounts to provide additional product/services information
  • Other Duties as assigned

      • Strong time management & organization skills
      • Financial Acumen – profit/loss, financial strategies, gross profit
      • Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
      • Must have a driver's license with clean driving record
