Position Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to partner with our sales team and assist in key clerical and administrative sales activities. This role involves follow-up, and managing customer needs, completing customer audits/assessments, as well as collaborating on proposals, contracts, SLAs, and customer escalations.  
 
Hourly Rate: $19-$23/hour
Location: Houston Office located near I-10, between Beltway and HWY 6
Travel: Frequent travel within Texas, with occasional overnight stays, and up to 20% national travel annually. Come get your airline miles with us!
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Sales Representatives by conducting research and help prepare pitch decks and provide information and data for sales proposals
  • Conduct account assessments, as needed, by going on-site to customer locations and auditing their print environment. 
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews for existing accounts, as requested by the Sales Team
  • Conduct account audits and debriefs by gathering data and information on accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone and email.
  • Support sales team with day-to-day account management and operational duties.
  • Provide additional product/service information for existing customers and potential new customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and outstanding communication ability - written and verbal.
  • 2+ years B2B customer service required.
  • Experience with data analysis, or business analysis required.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. 
  • Client-facing experience is preferred with experience visiting customers.
  • Business acumen and data analysis required; financial analysis experience a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - must know V-Lookup and pivot tables and manage outlook calendar with successful time management strategies to meet deadlines.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to travel as needed for customer and sales team needs.
