This position offers a hybrid work model - offering flexibility to work in the office and from home. Must be able to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
Your schedule will be 8 am-5 pm. The pay range for this position is from $20.00-$25.00
 
Position Summary 
Create, modify, and/or maintain contract setup for assigned portfolios of customers. Responsible for accurate and on-time billing. Completes billing health checks to proactively identify and resolve issues and determine the root cause of problems encountered by billing and contract administration. Is engaged in all customer billing and contracts for assigned portfolios. Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers by demonstrating prompt and accurate attention to issues, and requests and assists in resolving internal and external customer complaints for billing/invoicing. Works with the collections team on customer disputes as required. 
  
Essential Functions and Responsibilities 
  • Perform contract billing tasks 
  • Provide meter information to our Partners based on customer assignments 
  • Assist with general billing inquiries – Email and Phone Queue 
  • Contract record setup in a database for accounts within assigned portfolio 
  • Contract revisions for continued adjustments 
  • Create custom invoice templates using Excel 
  • Contract record setup in ERP for accounts within assigned portfolio
 


 Qualifications and Experience 
  • High Diploma or GED, some college preferred, or 2 years equivalent job experience. 
  • Ability to work in a team setting 
  • General Office skills, including typing, phone u, see, and Microsoft Suite 
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills and MS Access skills desired 
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills 
  • Investigation and Problem-Solving skills 
  • Customer Service and communication skills
