At Flex Technology Group, we're on a mission to build an extraordinary workforce, and we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who embodies our values and people-first culture to join us at our HQ location in Mesa, AZ. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in executing our talent acquisition strategies and creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
 
Here are some of the things you will get to do as you FLEX your Recruiting talents: 
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates from various talent funnels to recommend the best fit for our positions.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies to optimize talent acquisition processes and support desired outcomes.
  • Represent FlexTG at recruiting events, both in-person and online, to generate candidate leads and follow up.
  • Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms as a talent champion for FlexTG.
  • Work on project teams to complete initiatives for the Talent Acquisition function.

The ideal match for us is someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment required.
  • 1+ years Sales recruiting experience required.
  • Full-desk recruiting experience required, including sourcing from internet/social media websites/universities/professional organizations.
  • Experience leading Behavioral-Based interviewing.
  • Strong ability to influence and promote the company employee value proposition.
  • Independent worker with integrity and commitment to drive results.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, MS TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Co-Pilot skills a plus!
  • Willingness to learn and bring a growth-mindset
  • On-site presence at our Mesa HQ office at least 3 days a week
  • In this role, you may have to travel (by air or land as needed) so we ask you are at least 21 years of age or older, drivers license issued in the state of your residence, and a clean driving history.
