As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of copiers and printers and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. The pay range for this role is from $29.00-$34.00.
What you will be doing:
- Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
- Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction
- Managing time to be most effective
- Maintain an accurate car stock inventory
What you will bring to the role:
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
- Previous relevant experience repairing printer/copiers required,
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills
- After hours and occasional weekends maybe required
- Knowledge of basic networking
- Computer and analytical skills
- High School Diploma required Electronics or Computer associate’s degree preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
