What You’ll Do: As the Data Governance Manager, you will:
- Lead Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Enhance Data Quality: Define and monitor data quality metrics, implement tools and processes, and resolve data quality issues collaboratively.
- Ensure Compliance: Develop and enforce data policies while maintaining compliance with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Drive Stewardship: Manage a team of data stewards, fostering data integrity and security.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with IT to align data architecture with governance objectives and oversee data integration for system consistency.
- Engage Stakeholders: Advocate for data governance and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools: Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance data governance initiatives.
- Provide Insights: Develop reports on governance activities and share actionable insights with senior management.
What We Offer:

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years in data governance, data management, or related fields. Experience with data quality, integration, and architecture projects is a plus.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and governance tools. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certifications like DAMA or CDMP.
