Flex Technology Group is seeking an Operations Business Analyst who is responsible for analyzing data using statistical techniques; implementing and maintaining databases; gathering data from primary and secondary sources; and identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends from the data.
The Operations Business Analyst will work with multiple departments and leadership teams to prioritize business and information needs, create efficient reporting and dashboards, and improve business practices/processes to improve customer satisfaction, company revenue, and company cost.
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Analyze Enterprise Resource Planning (Ex. e-Automate) data to ensure data integrity, revenue, and cost are in alignment.
- Mines, processes, and analyzes internal and external data using KPIs, business results, industry sources, competitor intelligence, and customer information.
- Analyzes audit findings, identifies trends, and assists in the development of programs to make improvements as required.
- Uses statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis to develop and deploy tools including dashboards, infographics, reports, and models to inform and support decision-making.
- Report findings to Leadership Teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline and improve current processes/procedures for the best FlexTG customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent and 3+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, intermediate formulas, conditional formatting, etc.), Power BI, and PowerPoint experience.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and sharp analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.).
- Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and internal ticketing systems (E-Automate and Zendesk).
- Strong systems and process orientation.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well across all departments and levels within the organization.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and procedures to non-technical people.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet experience (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VBA & Macros, etc.).
