Based in Sacramento and bringing our second store to Los Angeles.

We are looking to hire the following positions:

Line Cook - Prep Cooks - Dishwashers - Porters - Bussers  - Kitchen Manager - Sous Chef - Executive Chef - Expediter (EXPO)

Qualification & Requirements:

**EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLERS CARD. If not, they will need to have it within 30 days of their hire date. | Everyone must be able to lift 25+ lbs. comfortably | Everyone must have some form of customer service or hospitality experience. | Everyone must have a great disposition, a pleasing personality, ambition for success, and a drive for excellence! You've got to have a GUEST FIRST mentality. | Everyone must have the mindset that TEAMWORK is very important as we cannot run the restaurant without it! | Everyone must have a sense of urgency and good time keeping skills! | Everyone must have reliable transportation to and from work. | Everyone must have proper ways to communicate (i.e. landline or mobile device, etc.) with management. | Everyone must understand safety in the workplace is a high priority - and must be willing to follow all guidelines set forth to enforce it. | Everyone must understand that weekends and holidays are mandatory. | Everyone must have full open availability (subject to conversation with hiring manager if need be).

LINE COOK: A minimum of 2 years line cook experience in a fast paced restaurant is required
PREP COOK: A minimum of 2 years prep cook experience in a fast paced restaurant is required
DISHWASHERS: A minimum 1 year dishwasher experience in a large venue is required
PORTER: A minimum 1 year porter experience in a large venue is required
KITCHEN MANAGER: A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience required in a fast paced environment while managing at least 50+ employees | manager food handler's card required | safety compliancy and knowledge of Health Inspection Requirements required
SOUS CHEF: A minimum of 3 years of Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook experience required in a fast paced environment while managing at least 50+ employees | manager food handler's card required | safety compliancy and knowledge of Health Inspection Requirements required
EXECUTIVE CHEF: A culinary degree and minimum of 4 years as Executive Chef (or a mix of education and experience) experience required in a fast paced environment while managing at least 50-100+ employees | ability to oversee, train and guide 100 employees | manager food handler's card required | safety compliancy and knowledge of Health Inspection Requirements required
EXPO: A minimum of 2 years as expediter, line cook or assistant manager position with strong support in the kitchen.
