Five Rings is growing rapidly and seeking to add an enthusiastic professional as a Coordinator to the talent acquisition team.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Manage the candidate experience from first contact, scheduling phone interviews, and coordinating the interview process
  • Assist with job posting and applicant tracking
  • Prepare and support intense on-campus recruiting program including planning and prepping multiple events
  • Assist with onboarding of new-hires and interns
  • Administrative tasks: database management, travel arrangements

 

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well on a team and follow existing processes
  • Strong organizational skills, project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Demonstrate good judgment and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up office environment
  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively
  • The talent to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • 0-1 years work experience
  • Screening interview and technical interview experience a plus
