Loan Fullfillment Associate II
Description
The Loan Fulfillment Associate reviews, audits, and processes loan documents efficiently and accurately adhering to all lending policies and regulations and meeting production goals. The role also involves identifying potential fraud for escalation. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in lending operations and exposure to lending processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with regulatory policies.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job duties:
- Process loan documents and associated supporting materials in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and/or funds loans, as assigned
- Answer vendor, member and dealer inquiries on products, process, and services, as needed
- Handle operational duties such as auditing and reporting as required
- Assist in documenting and modifying processes and procedures
- Perform system testing and validation in both testing environment and live
- Meet daily production goals as established for Associate II positions
- Train new Associates as required
- Identify and investigate instances of suspected fraud, escalating to Fraud department as appropriate
Essential skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer loan operations and/or exposure to lending processes
- Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to autonomously organize, track and trend financial related data
- Ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with all levels within organization
- Excellent listening skills with ability to ask probing questions to determine member needs and overcome objections
- Proven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding member expectations and requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory policies and procedures, including SCRA, Truth in Lending, Reg. B, FCRA, and MLA is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
Location: Rocklin Corporate Location | Rocklin, CA 95765
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA: $28.25 to $33.39 per hour + annual bonus
