BI Analyst - Special Assets Management
Description
This role performs analysis and reporting, leveraging multiple data sources to deliver insights and support decision-making. This role builds analytical solutions and contributes to process improvements with moderate guidance.
Job Duties:
- Analyze data from various systems to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models aligned to business needs
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting
- Apply structured analytical approaches to solve business problems and answer key questions
- Validate data integrity and proactively identify and address inconsistencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine analytical outputs
- Recommend enhancements to reporting processes, tools, and data structures
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and outputs to support transparency and reuse
Essential Skills:
- Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Required Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL and/or data visualization tools
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Location: Hillsboro Corporate Office – Hillsboro, OR 97124
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $74,000 - $89,000 + annual bonus
