The Senior Pega Digital Product Manager, Personalization works independently to manage complex digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch and messaging.

 
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:  
Job Duties  
  • Establish and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging
  • Build, manage and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support our goals and strategies, in collaboration with other Product Managers, business partners, and third party vendors
  • Lead business units to gather, manage, and prioritize market/member requirements, acting as a member advocate
  • Lead internal partners, including Scrum and Engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management
  • Lead internal team Product Manager meetings, as required
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver the best member and employee experience
  • Leverage user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to lead and oversee the development of member-centric products
  • Create product personalization strategies to improve member stickiness and increase member life time value
  • Establish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success
  • Mentor other Product Managers on a day to day basis
Essential Skills  
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a digital product management role including some experience gathering user requirements, and building/deploying digital products, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience with Pega platform
  • Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Scrum Agile
  • Experience with personalization of customer facing products to improve stickiness and product depth
  • Experience with Pega or a customer analytic CRM strongly preferred
  • Experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver digital products and experiences
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
  • Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Suite including Jira and Confluence
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or a related field
  • Certification/License: Scrum Agile Certification and Pega Decisioning Architect Certification is preferred
Location:   Hillsboro, OR 97124 | San Jose, CA 95134 | Rocklin, CA 95765  (HYBRID)  
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $128k - $138k annually + annual bonus  
Target Compensation in Rocklin, CA 95765: $140k - $150k  annually + annual bonus  
Target Compensation in San Jose, CA 95134:  $155k - $165k annually + annual bonus
