Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Training Specialist who excels in facilitation and content creation to develop and deliver impactful learning experiences. This role will focus on designing innovative training materials and facilitating engaging sessions that drive employee development and performance. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design capabilities with exceptional presentation skills to create memorable learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Design:
  • Create compelling and interactive training content, including e-learning modules, workshop materials, and presentations that engage learners and drive knowledge retention.
  • Design innovative learning activities and exercises that promote active participation and practical application of concepts.
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula that incorporate various learning to address different learning styles.
  • Write clear, engaging training scripts and facilitator guides that ensure consistent delivery across multiple trainers.
 
Facilitation Excellence:
  • Facilitate dynamic training sessions that encourage participant engagement, foster discussion, and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Lead virtual and in-person workshops with confidence, adapting facilitation techniques to maintain energy and participation levels.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages questions, discussion, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • Utilize storytelling and real-world examples to make content relatable and memorable.
 
Program Management:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for new training initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and behavioral change metrics.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather and translate technical content into accessible learning materials.
 
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate training with emphasis on facilitation and content development
  • Proven track record of creating engaging training materials and facilitating successful learning programs
  • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Excellent writing and storyboarding skills
  • Creative problem-solving approach to learning challenges
  • Advanced facilitation techniques for both virtual and in-person settings
  • Creative thinking with innovative approaches to content delivery
  • Adaptability in adjusting content and facilitation style to different audiences
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond)
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong instructional design capabilities
