Join the Team at FirstCash Holdings, Inc. as a Social Media Content Creator!
We are launching a short-term pilot program to explore the impact of localized social media content. We're seeking a creative, social-savvy individual to join our Mineral Wells store team as a Social Media Content Creator. This role is designed to spotlight in-store products, promotions, and events through engaging digital content.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Curate and photograph unique, seasonal, or trending items form the store.
- Capture and edit photo/video content (reels, short-form, behind-the-scenes.
- Produce 4-5 high-quality posts daily across multiple platforms
- Write engaging captions and calls to action aligned with brand voice.
- Plan content around sales, holidays, and store events.
- Coordinate with store and corporate marketing teams.
- Suggest Creative campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
- Schedule and post content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Engage with followers via comments, DMS, and mentions.
- Grow each platform by at least 50 new followers per week.
- Track social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
- Work with store associates to highlight promotions and products.
- Promote in-store events and feature customers or team members.
- Maintain consistent visual identity and tone.
- Ensure content complies with copyright and trademark laws.
- Align all content with corporate brand guidelines.
- Must have an active and engaged presence on social media.
- Must provide social media handles and portfolio with application.
- Expected to maintain professionalism and brand alignment in personal and company-related content.
- Avoid posting or engaging in controversial or sensitive topics.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in content creation, photography, videography, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and Meta tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of copyright and licensing for digital media.
- Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus.
Equipment Provided: All necessary tools and devices will be supplied. No personal equipment required.
Commute: Applicants must live in or be willing to commute to Mineral Wells, TX.
