Compensation Analyst (On-Site, Contract)
As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team by managing salary administration programs and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations. You’ll help drive consistency and transparency across our compensation practices and provide strategic recommendations to HR leadership and other departments. This role also oversees the monthly commission process and serves as the primary contact for incentive pay inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review compensation changes submitted via the HRIS system to ensure alignment with company policies
- Recommend solutions for compensation-related issues
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with FLSA classifications and wage laws
- Perform market analyses to maintain competitive compensation across U.S. locations
- Lead and coordinate the annual merit increase process
- Collaborate with senior leadership on compensation planning
- Partner with the HRIS Administrator to develop reports and analytics for compensation initiatives
- Prepare and process monthly commission payments for U.S. employees
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure consistency with compensation philosophy and policy
- Communicate with managers to resolve compensation or commission-related questions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Preferred experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of HR laws related to compensation planning and administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
