Mortgage System Support

This position is NOT remote eligible and works in the office 5 days a week. This position can work in either our Franklin, TN office or our Downtown Birmingham office. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for mortgage systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with system administrators to implement system enhancements, updates and patches.
  • Assist in user training and documentation development to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Serve as a first line of defense for information security incidents, promptly responding to alerts, threats and impending mitigation measures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote a culture of awareness and compliance.
  • Assist with various department projects and initiatives.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration
  • Solid understanding of information security principles, practices and technologies including network security and data encryption
