Loan Servicing Escrow Coordinator
Description
Position Summary:
This role provides an opportunity to build expertise in loan servicing and escrow operations within the manufactured housing sector. The position supports essential financial processes, ensures accurate escrow management, and contributes to a collaborative team environment through cross-functional training and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage loan escrow accounts and distributions
- Track insurance and property tax documentation
- Conduct and process escrow analyses, including monitoring for expiration
- Process insurance claims related to loan accounts
- Perform updates and maintenance for escrow records
- Support special projects as assigned
- Cross-train across escrow functions to ensure team coverage
- Provide responsive and professional customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- College coursework or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with manufactured housing is helpful but not required
