Executive Assistant
Description
Summary:
This position will support the Chief Risk Officer and the Chief HR Officer. Function with a high level of judgment, discretion, and minimum supervision to provide a wide range of support to the Executive(s), especially in the areas of managing schedules, priorities, workflow, screening of all incoming documents, undertaking basic research, preparing meeting documentation, preparing responses, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Executive(s) by providing general administrative support including but not limited to:
- Manage Executive schedules and act as liaison for direct reports.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements, as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
- Meet and greet executive visitors.
- Assist in organizing and implementing events such as meetings, reserving meeting space, conference room setup (prepare for audio/visual requirements), and business meals.
- Assist in facilities management such as managing vendors, ordering supplies and submitting invoices for payment.
- Prepare and maintain executive expense reports and supporting documentation as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new department associates.
- Assist in department and company events, meetings, employee team building activities, or special projects.
- Encourage and maintain a high level of teamwork and inspire trust throughout the department by keeping others informed though timely dissemination of relevant information, reports, etc.
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, required training, dress code, safety, compliance, and confidentiality.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Three to five years’ prior experience in mid-to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
