Process Engineering Manager
Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant technical training is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of FPC manufacturing, especially upper and plating processes is an advantage.
- Good understanding of electro/electroless plating, chemical process control, surface treatment, and wet process operations
- Skilled in root cause analysis, process optimization, SPC, FMEA, and DOE
- Familiar with quality systems, process documentation, and engineering change control
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in FPC/PCB or other manufacturing.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial role in process engineering or other relevant.
- Experience in upper process and plating/wet process is an advantage.
- Proven experience in process improvement, yield improvement, defect reduction, and team management.
