What does the project management team do?
The project management team develops the project plan and communication milestones, flags timing concerns, and works with the resource management team to assign resources. They guide projects through each step of the process from estimation to delivery, and they manage teams to work within allocated hours and budgets.
Overview of the project management internship:
· Own and manage timelines for small projects and support multiple teams and project managers as needed
· Ability to multitask and navigate constantly changing priorities
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and work styles
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· Lead project manager for your office’s intern project
