The MYND Group is a global, strategic, managed markets payer solutions company.  We are seeking an energetic, passionate and highly organized Sr. Account Director to focus on managing client relationships, strategy development, and implementing program and customer solutions.  The MYND Group specializes in the development of strategy, launch preparation and market access tools.  Capabilities include strategy and consulting, market research, launch and strategic planning, program development, internal and external training, and extensive managed markets payer reimbursement and access tool development and execution.  We have cultivated relationships with senior level market access decision-making professionals across all key national and regional payers and channels.  The MYND Group provides comprehensive managed market resources and services including account management, strategy and consulting, market research, digital and print design, application development, and all other related managed care services.
 
As a Sr. Account Director for The MYND Group you will be responsible for the profitability of a specific group of accounts and represents the Company at the community level.
 
Responsibilities:
  •  Overall growth and development of accounts assigned to him/her; promoting the expansion of business with existing clients, as well as generating new accounts.
  •  Liaises with clients on a day-to-day basis.
  •  Completes projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
  •  Uses skills to push clients, and the Company, creatively and strategically.
  •  Meets profit goals on each account that he/she is responsible.
  •  Maintains a high level of performance.
  •  Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/company relationship.
  •  Keeps General Manager and Executive Vice President informed of the status of his/her accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
  • Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.  
  • Conveys specific requirements for multi-functional support to the appropriate functional regional management on a timely basis.
  • Plans, develops, and defends budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service to Clients.
  • Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with MYND Group guidelines and objectives.
  • Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with General Manager and Executive Vice President. 
  • Manage Account Managers as well as overall team including creative, editorial and writing staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Skills Required:
  •  7-10+ years’ experience
  •  Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  •  Significant experience in professional client relationship management; able to quickly build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  •  A background in pharma and biologic marketing and healthcare education
  •  The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
  •  A persuasive and confident approach to projects; strong mediator and negotiator
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to give effective presentations
  •  A keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints
  •  Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
