SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Executive Vice President, the Account Coordinator provides day-to-day customer service, support, and project management as needed to ensure the team’s effective execution of our clients’ managed care marketing objectives.  Also responsible for fully managing small projects as needed.    

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides assistance in the management of client accounts, providing internal support for day-to-day project activity.
  • Collaborates with all appropriate agency departments to route projects from implementation to completion, keeping projects on track and maintaining knowledge of projects’ status.
  • Develops, organizes and maintains all necessary project timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, meeting notes and proper documentation in partnership with the account management team.
  • Coordinates and sets up meetings, and attends internal and external meetings as necessary to help track and identify next steps.
  • Manages job set up process and assists in all facets of Client Services and account management as directed.
  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors (i.e., translations and voiceover) for the flawless execution of client projects and able to provide status updates to the client on any calls.
  • Stays current with industry news and competitive environment to continually expand knowledge.
  • Manages small projects with assistance from an Account Director.
  • Recognizes and flags potential project scope changes to the appropriate parties.
  • Leads job submissions for medical legal review for clients.
  • Performs other duties and fulfill responsibilities as assigned.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 - 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development or other relevant area required
  • Progressive customer service skills
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office
