Our company is in search of an ambitious and passionate Technologist to join our expanding team in a hybrid role (potentially 2-3 days onsite per week in Cedar Knolls, NJ as needed). Success in this role hinges on your ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Identify as a tech enthusiast? That’s fantastic, because for this candidate, there’s no tech question without an answer. You adeptly assist colleagues, no matter the complexity or simplicity of the query. You are detail-oriented, efficient, and primed for action.  

What it entails:
·      Excellent knowledge of the Windows operating system with MacOS a close second.
·      Set up, troubleshoot Windows and Mac laptops, utilizing MDM processes
·      Work closely across the agency to provide user support with a sense of urgency and exceptional customer service skills.
·      Monitor and maintain all workstations and peripherals (printers / copiers)
·      Document issue resolution using the help desk ticketing system
·      Install, test, and troubleshoot applications (Adobe/Microsoft, etc.)
·      Assist in scaling support for a rapidly growing company
·      Remotely support users in a multitude of offices and time zones
·      Inventory management and software builds for computing equipment
·      Ability to work independently and on team initiatives interchangeably
  

Desired skills/experience:
·      Accumulated 3-5 years of experience in a desktop support role, offering Windows and Apple-related support.
·      Familiarity with MDM, Windows support, and/or Active Directory.
·      Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical individuals.
·      Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and effectively resolving problems in a timely and organized manner, utilizing leading industry solutions.
·      Flexibility to engage in a range of projects, adapting to evolving systems and company needs.
·      Experience in supporting remote users across multiple offices and in facilitating work-from-home arrangements.
·      Microsoft 365 admin experience (SharePoint, Teams, Office, OneDrive, Email, Azure) - along with the capability to support users in each area.
·      Basic Systems Administration knowledge is highly valued.
