Senior Analyst
Description
- Manage Google Analytics accounts, including tagging, custom segments, goal tracking, etc., across website, email, and media assets
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, leveraging database analysis skills, as well as data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Partner with digital strategists to develop actionable insights to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities that align with brand objectives and strategies
- Work closely with the development team to manage, implement, and QA necessary tracking codes and campaign execution across brands, channels, and systems
- Develop reporting objectives and KPIs to identify trends and evaluate the success of client initiatives and objectives
- Monitor cross-channel marketing campaign performance and website engagement for key clients
- Establish benchmarks and analyze reporting data to monitor program performance
- Support and take part in the development of communication outreach and nurturing strategies for marketing automation and email campaigns
- Minimum of 4 years of analytics and reporting experience,
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, R, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with digital marketing channels and an understanding of media metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Must enjoy working in demanding environment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organization
- Strong organization and written/oral communication skills
- Background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing or agency experience is a plus
