VP/SVP, Digital Strategy

Objectives of This Role:  

Prioritize and support multiple internal teams and clients simultaneously, making trade-offs and managing bandwidth effectively. Take a vision and break it down into meaningful milestones and owners to turn new capabilities and agency expertise into new sources of revenue. 

 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Define, teach, and maintain agency digital strategy philosophy 
  • Foster innovation to expand and evolve our digital services 
  • Incorporate and champion quality throughout the digital process and across all tactics 
  • Lead and mentor all digital VPs and team members, discussing career interests, growth opportunities, and training 
  • Partner with other department heads to ensure overall agency collaboration 
  • Define, interpret, and execute client digital strategy 
  • Establish best practices for digital marketing, development, and quality assurance 
  • Part of agency leadership team 

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree preferred in behavioral sciences, business marketing, and/or advertising 
  • Must have 15+ years of brand strategy experience, delivering custom marketing solutions within a digital marketing, consulting, and/or advertising agency environment 
  • Entrepreneurial “can do” attitude and a relentless passion for collaboration and innovation 
  • Demonstrated expertise for uncovering insights and leveraging them to achieve marketing objectives 
  • The ability to translate clients’ goals and objectives into actionable and measurable marketing recommendations 
  • Knowledge of marketing/advertising mix (interactive, sales support, traditional, broadcast, experiential, events, etc) 
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical/healthcare industry
