Business Development/Corporate Communications Intern
Description
- Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
- Schedule: June 9th - August 15th
- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
Capture and manage all prospect, account, and deal activity in HubSpot
Support the facilitation of weekly pipeline reports to Fingerpaint Group leadership
Work directly with our Analyst, Business Development on legacy processes, business systems, and our ways of working
Work directly with the Sr. Associate, Corporate Communications on social media development and support thought leadership initiatives
Continually strive to capture new content in our Business Development Toolbox and RFI/RFP Repository.
Manage and organize the Experience Library and respond to new experience requests–extracting relevant data from the Experience Library and share with the requesting team via PowerPoint or Excel.
Update company intranet homepage with latest business updates including upcoming pitches and recent wins.
Spearhead developing and deploying our weekly internal newsletter, “The Pulse”
- Marketing or advertising agency experience and/or pharmaceutical experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, advertising, or business administration
Ability to work independently to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and project initiatives
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates commitment to fostering a team environment
Ability to prioritize work and be able to pivot focus as needed
Experience in pharmaceutical drug lifecycle and/or healthcare is a plus
Knowledge of or experience working in a CRM is a plus
