Account Services Intern (Bilingual)
Description
- Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
- Schedule: June 9th - August 15th
- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office
- Candidates who aren’t afraid to hit the ground running

- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Leadership skills
- Critical thinkers who are reliable and self-motivated
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (suggestion to get noticed - include this on your resume!)
- Day-to-day account support on projects, financials, and media
- Attendance at internal meetings and select client meetings
- Summary of meeting discussions and communication of next steps to the internal team
- Communication of client feedback to the internal team and review of revised materials
- Coordination with project management on client status reports
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ad hoc requests from internal or client team
