We are looking for an experienced marketing automation manager to lead the development, management and optimization of robust data-driven programs. This includes implementing business rule documents, creating HTML emails, managing lists and databases, and handling quality assurance testing. What it takes:
- Developing and managing marketing automation programs and teams
- Implementation of campaign business rules
- Constructing emails
- Analysis and reporting of programs to generate insights
- Quality control and end-to-end testing initiatives
- Management of data including list hygiene, system integration checks, etc.
- Participate and occasionally lead client meetings
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing automation team
Know-how:
- 8-10 years of professional marketing automation experience (SFMC, Marketo, or Eloqua)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification required
- Marketing and Advertising Agency experience
- Experience managing and growing successful teams
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
- Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment
- General understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- A team player with strong time management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure
- Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience with SMS programs a plus
- SQL query experience ideal
